Its kind of ironic that we find oursleves in the middle of this form slump, yet the next four games are against 4 of the bottom 5 teams, BUT are we going into this run with any serious confidence of winning say 2 out of 4 let alone all of them ?

A Month ago we would be cocky as hell and looking at getting all ten points!

amazing how a few weeks can make such a difference!

Until Bell gets back we are going to struggle. Even with him back with our front rowers playing like Catholic School Girls we may struggle against any team.

Winging it
The reality is we have been pretty ordinary from round 7 when we gave it to the Bulldogs.
R8 - gutsy but lucky 1 pt win over the completely out-of-sorts Eels
R9 - loss to the Tiges where they looked far more dangerous in attack (and refereeing was bad for both sides)
R10 - thumped by the Broncos
R11 - good win with 2 players missing for Origin, but Melbourne were more affected by player losses.
R13 - close win against hapless Panthers
R14 - miracle win over the Tiges in the last minute when everyone at the ground thought we were gone. The signs were clearly there.
R15 , 16, and 17. Close losses against quality teams. Sharks effort was a huge improvement on last year.

All the same, our forwards are being shown up, our halves have less time and we miss Bell. Continual errors by the same bottom tier players every week puts us under pressure. Take away BK and we would be closer to the spoon than top 8.
