1 Major difference

The past 2 weeks -
EVERY time Manly got a bad call or an error and were under the pump, they gave up and leaked points..
Sunday Vs Roosters -
EVERY time there was adversity they worked extra hard to overcome it....there were a few times they could have dropped heads and took the easy route conceding defeat when Roosters had a hefty lead and were pushing hard.
To see Manly fight so hard when up against it - was even better than the massive result !!

Manly finally accepted that Refs are just a factor in a game, like the weather or the playing surface, that players need to adapt to.

Yes , that was a good example of many impressive facets of their performance yesterday. Hopefully they will maintain the same focused and determined mindset for all of their future matches this year .

Attitude was alot better. Espically in the second half.

Roosters assumed we would do what we did last week and roll over after being down 18 - 4, but that last 9 mins of the first half something switched, and it was all ours from that point on.

The wind at our back also helped alot.
