I wouldn't be against Manly giving Segeyaro a 1 year deal. Segeyaro runs the ball which is needed in today's game and could be ideal for us interchanging with Croker perhaps?

For mine Lawton isn’t right for us at hooker. If you watch the games he has played for us at hooker we look a little off the pace. Don’t get me wrong he is a brilliant utility off the bench able to cover multiple positions but not the specialist back up hooker we need.

Let’s just say (touch wood) Croker goes down for a extended time of the season and all we have is Lawton to play 80min at hooker every week. I would say we are in real trouble if this was to unfold.

We need an NRL standard specialist hooker ready to go as a back up.

Well that’s the bargain if he is picked up on the cheap. For mine I think it’s worth the risk and fills a hole that needs to be filled in our squad

he is nice and robust almost in the B smith style that could fill in as a bench forward if required depending on fitness. likes defence

if he is up for the challenge and can avoid off field issues he would be ok based on old form

A feb to Oct contract until fainu is reassessed seems to suit

Segeyaro offers experience in the number nine as well as a running game . Some thing we do no currently have

The biggest issue with Segeyaro is he hasn't been good for 5-6 years

Here is a fun stat, of his 159 first grade games he has started 39.

Majority of those with Penrith in 2014 and 2015.

I'd definitely have Lawton ahead and perfer Gordon to have a run
