    Hugo Hart

Thank you Mark, I look forward to watching his progress and fingers crossed he has a great career at the Eagles.

    Hugo Hart

I tried to find Hugo Hart's age but I was unsuccessful and I've never seen him play. From those who know, does he have the physical capabilities to be playing (in the forwards) in 1st grade ? Obviously he's big enough to step up to reserves, I'd just hate to see him rushed along when maybe 1...

    2026 recruitment & retention

I thought Aloiai's retirement would free up at least another $500k for 26, and as others have mentioned it wouldn't surprise me if Croker walks away for health reasons and he'd probably be on $300k.

    Tallyn Da Silva

When I read the post it was Manly but apparently he's gone with the Bulldogs.

Sorry everyone, I was just passing on what I had read..im actually bit deflated because I thought it was some positive news after the TDS miss.

I just posted a snippet on the signings thread that according to the Knights forum we have also signed an under19s blues forward named Jack Hilliar. I guess it's a wait and see until official or not but I thought others would like to know...

Coach Seibold thoughts so far.... so good

Im certainly not sold on Seibold but in the spirit of fairness it could be argued that we were missing our two starting frontrowers, our star backrower, our starting hooker and our captain could have been playing in a dinner jacket. Granted it was an ugly win but a win nevertheless.

    Lodge, you Monster

Gee, tough crowd, I thought he had a reasonable game considering his lack of 1st grade match fitness.

I'm hoping that Croker is considering retirement for his health...those players who continually suffer heavy concussions always make me concerned. I'll be saying the same thing if Jake goes down again this year.

    Pre-Game Manly V Tigers [Round 17, 2025]

Considering our injuries i think that's probably as good as we could hope for. The situation is far from ideal but at least we're in with a shot.

    Manly In Crisis 2025 edition

I understand that losing sharpens the focus on the coach and the administration, but it seems irrational to me to almost exclude the players from any responsibility. Turbo acknowledged as much in his recent interview; he didn't shy away from that fact, and I'm willing to bet that most players...

    Michael Ennis

I used to hate Ennis with a passion when he was playing, but, after listening to him on fox for the past few years I must concede that he has a good footy brain. Whether that translates into a good coach is anyone's guess but he does seem to have some of that (win at all cost attitude) we seem...

    Rebuild at what cost?

I'm sure I read somewhere here that we are chasing a couple of young forwards for next year. I think it was from @AndWeDon'tCare, but I could be wrong, and I would hate to make a mistake and speak out of turn. Contrary to other opinions, I believe that Mestrov is a good, hard-nosed CEO who...

    Mainly ain't Manly anymore

I know what you're saying but I'm hoping you're wrong this time. He seems like a naturally gifted player and you get the impression he's a good kid. I kind of hope they make him a priority (within reason) because I hate seeing quality local juniors line up against us.

    Mainly ain't Manly anymore

Penn has turned our once proud club into the Manly Warringah Titans. I keep deluding myself that we are still a powerhouse but it feels like we are just a rich guys plaything. I wish the guy would either p!ss or get off the pot because he's achieved SFA in his 11 years of ownership. Why would...

    Galvin

The Bullldogs got rid of Tevita Pangia Junior very quickly when it suited them. If I remember correctly he suddenly walked away from a substantial contract to be a professional boxer and now he's back playing league for Catalans in France. Call me a cynic but im sure the dogs will find some way...

    Jake T.

He's contracted until the end of next year, so let's give him some breathing space. He may decide to retire anyway, and if not, maybe a year-to-year contract on a substantially reduced rate. Either way, he is a man of honour and we know he is not going to screw the club over.

Coach Seibold thoughts so far.... so good

Technically Seibold was gone from the Broncos before the 2020 season finished, it was Peter Gentle who coached the remaining games.
