AFL , no jab no play will NRL do the same

https://www.nrl.com/news/2021/08/29/join-jake-trbojevic-and-get-vaccinated/ Would be a kick in the guts as they are our best, but probably would be the same if said players got Covid halfway through the season and ended up in hospital for a few weeks with reduced lung capacity etc and blew away...

    Staff change at Manly

Yep very unprofessional if true. It might have a Rothtool spin on it to make it more of a story than it probably is.

[Resurrected] 2021+ On & Off Season Misdemeanors

He is a Manly fan so i'm sure the brains trust at DT will connect the dots somehow

    Walker critics be gone

Legal bills too!! If Manly can fit him under the cap then great, if he finds another deal then no biggie either. He was good this yr and we know he is a high energy player that adds another dimension to our attack. But his off field issues have been very common and the club stood by him when...

    Ethan Bullemor

Especially if he needs to go back under the knife because his shoulder keeps popping out. Who knows if he'll be the same player regardless of his off field behaviour.

THE MYSTERIOUS KIDNAPPING OF DES HASLER’S BOOT

That's a great story, kudos for the team not caving in because knowing what a fitness freak Des was back in the day those training sessions would have been a punish. Then again they probably knew if they gave him the shoe back he would still hammer them to teach them a lesson hahaha.

Anything to do with Bullemor coming to us as part of a deal or cover for Ethan leaving?

How will this years top 8 fare in 2022??

Will be interesting to see how burton goes once out of the Penrith side. Still think they are bottom 8 but could trouble some of the top 8 with a couple of players with speed (Burton, JAC, Dufty etc).

How will this years top 8 fare in 2022??

In the back of my mind i still have that 2019-2020 transition. Granted that we have a better crop of players going fwd compared to then but Turbo was a big reason we went well and fingers crossed has turned a corner with his injury issues. Roosters were really hampered by injuries and should...

    Walker critics be gone

It was written that there was a deal with us just about done and dusted. Walker was probably one of our top 3-5 players in the back of the season and other clubs would now be contacting his manager. Nothing but a last minute attempt to bump up Manly's offer before he agrees. He will stay on, Des...

    Does Fainu walk back in?

I agree, Manase is at best a 2023 chance and that's 18 months away at this stage. This really has held us back as we don't know what the outcome will be and can't move forward with the squad until it's resolved.

Blessed to have the Trbojevic family in our Club

True but maybe a good thing for our future salary cap lol

    Salary cap and ladder predictability

What a contrast from the a$$wipe paper articles of Buzz and Co.

What a corrupt pr1ck he was!!!

    Forwards

Spot on mate, we just didn't give it a real go and today has been deflating with the way we went out. Just disappointed after how hard the team fought to get back into contention and end the season the way we did. Usually we get dudded by the refs but no one to blame last night but ourselves.

Manly's spine is not good enough

Over the last couple of weeks he was one of our best and even last night his line speed was the best in the team. That 14 role is perfect for him

    Does Fainu walk back in?

Huge amount of time, all self inflicted' realistically will be back in 2023 at the earliest if things go his way.

    Josh A suspension ( possibly lengthy ).

If he tried to pull out it would have been less but he drove him into the ground so that probably facoted into it. Frustration last night but needs to be careful as he will develop a bit of a rep and get punished for the slightest things.

Tonight is the night the premiership window opened.

Tuipulotu is another that can possibly add a point of attack for us in the centres

    Does Fainu walk back in?

But at this stage he is ruled out for 70% of 2022 and possibly beyond that if found guilty. Might be the missing link but almost at the point that we need to move on from him, so much time out of the game and that shoulder surgery issue who knows what player he will be if he returns.
