    I agree. This is the 1st Forum thing I've ever been involved in and am surprised by the amount of negative stuff I read sometimes. Nothing wrong with a bit of criticism especially constructive, but hey lets all pull together and do all we can to help the boys accross the line.

    GJ I agree with you re the confidence and luck stuff. I can't agree re the best pack though, I reckon Souths have the best pack in the league.

    I agree. It seems to me though that we are lacking confidence in attack sometimes, we seem to get a little lost. Release the shackles. Also we need to keep attacking, not get to a nice lead and defend. Defence wins matches, but if you don't score, you can't win either.

    We must win and we must win with a good margin. At the moment our for and against isn't that great (not bad either), but i fell it will come down to F/A this year, we cannot afford to finish in 7th or 8th.

    Matai gone....

    Its a tough one, if we could keep Matai for anoth year would be ideal, but I think we need a few younger players to spark a bit more desire for another Premiership. Love Matai though, he provides a spark both in attack and defence.

    A man the size of T Rex should be knocking over the outside backs, trouble is he doesn't do it all that often. Happy to admit that is his day he has freakish talent but seriously sometimes he looks so shy I think he's going to cry.

    The next month is a big month for us (I reckon anyway), we really should win at least 3 of the next 4. As for recruitment, I feel that at the moment we are lacking a core group to build the club over the next few years. We have got Foran (hopefully) and Ballin, but we don't know whats happening...

    Stats only show what a player has done, they don't show what he can or should be doing. TRex is an enigma to me, such a big talent with such a Pea heart.
