It was just sooo evident today how much more value Navale offers than Plodell....the Dolphins sucked yet they scored 30 points and some of those tries were very soft. So the defensive issues remain. But it was great seeing the team scores some points again. Especially the long range tries...- JBW

3. Koula - having a purple patch at the moment. Easily our best for the last few months 2. Hoppa - dropped his first carry and wasted our only challenge inside the first 90 secs. We needed to score with all the possession. Short kicking game abysmal from both our halves. Once the raiders get some decent pill , they'll put this away. Their goal line defence is fantastic and our goal line attack is the opposite... We definitely better than last week. It's a fast track and...- JBW

It's interesting isn't it. The last rocks and diamonds player we had was probably Cliffy and youd never read a bad thing about him. But obviously there are glaring differences. Cliffy played in some amazing lineup's, even up til retirement. Daly hasn't really had an amazing line up since 2015...- JBW

Play him at hooker for the opening stanza for the initial arm wrestle. Let him tackle himself to a standstill and then bring on Simpkin once the game opens up a bit. The later on he can be a forward utility like Jazz is currently doing. So basically use Jake like Jazz is being used this year.- JBW

I've historically been a big critique of Burbo but I will confess that he's probably been one of our most consistent forwards this year. Turbo only seems to touch the ball when playing on the opposite side...how about we actually have the centre with speed float to his opposite side and try and get Saab some space...we have the fastest guy in the comp and zero idea on how to use his speed ...
