    Unpopular opinion but I like Garrick to centre. Hoppa is definitely in our best 17 and without Olakau’atu on the right, we need Garrick’s attacking skills to create a threat. I think it’s our best backline.

    Statistics don’t show a correlation between offloads and success. The Tigers are the biggest off loaders in the NRL. The Knights have almost as many as the Bulldogs. Admittedly Manly are towards the bottom but so are Brisbane (a team entrenched in the 8).

    I’d play him at fullback because I don’t want to lose him to a team that’s looking to pay top dollar for a genuine 1. Upgrade his deal and pay Tom a centres salary and play him there for the rest of his career. I’d play Hoppa on the wing.
