Trys or tries ?
It's to do with nouns and whether they end in consonants with a 'y' at the end or not. Given 'try' is a consonant followed 'y', you add 'ies'. If it was toy, it's a vowel followed by 'y', you just add the 's'.- LeonardCohen

I think it's dangerous to have a completely new halves combination. It'll help Fogarty to settle in better if he is not helping a rookie try and learn the trade, while he himself gets used to the Manly systems. Yeah that ties in nicely with my perception of our team. People keep wanting to blow the joint up because we aren’t winning consistently but I think that’s very emotional (I get it), and not entirely well considered.
