    Hope Funa is benched and move Crocker to 5/8 and Burbo to second row with Lawton in hooker. We seem to be playing only 1 side and that is affecting the attack. Knights have been crap and we are not cohesive in attack.

    NRL Physio reports 1 to 3 weeks for Schu if confirmed as a minor lower leg injury. So most likely back after Bye, or the week after that. good thing is that we are getting a few back after the Bye with Foran, Siro, Cust, Walker and possibly Guaca available.

    We should have been Penrith. What I recall is when they scored to go 22-10 up it was off the back of a 2 on 1 strip on Garrick and the refs let it go. Jake also dropped the ball with the try line in front of him. Next time we meet them in the finals we can take them down.

    Foz probably out for around 4 weeks minimum but we get some troops back next week in Siro, Walker and probably Lawton. This was a grind and second half Manly May breakaway. For me they need to keep the Broncos to NIL.

    That’s why Des decided to extend his contract to 2024 after round 1. He is in Des’s thinking but he likes to ease players in. Injuries mean his hand has been played earlier and Haumole will be in the 17 going forward. May be used as a front row rotation when Siro is back.
