    Post-bye run home

    Will feel better about it after the Gold Coast game. If we get that win, we are in a fantastic place to make a run. Lose it ans the pressure valve is applied. I am going to that game and would love a get square after the Brookvale disaster. We win that game, we will make the finals.

    If NSW pick Lodge over a bloke like Finucane I will just about give up. I get Lodge is a bigger body, but hopefully this Safiti selection takes care of that. If Pearce, Lodge and Ferguson are all named, I am not watching.

    Yeah, he was interviewed on Triple M in Brisbane this morning. He was on his was into sit a year 12 maths exam and they commented on the fact he is 16 years of age. Has to be turning 17 this year, but rules him out early in the year. Unless they got it wrong and he was too polite to correct them!

    Bugger that! Jake will play 50 mins on Wednesday night. I'll even take him off the bench for us on Saturday to ease his workload. But Jake in the team in any capacity is a hell of a lot better than the team without him at all.

    Although likely for less minutes (for next week anyway), Jake is able to play our next 2 games. So Boyle will come back into the squad and Jake will play a full game in the second and at least some for the first game.

    Elgey just is not an NRL first grade half. He tries. I am sure he is a top bloke and good team mate. But he is just not up to it. Cust could be a good player if given a chance to develop with DCE as hid partner.
