The 2008 win is still easily my most favourite. There are a couple of reasons.
1) we just breezed through the semi finals and every week the 'experts' wrote us off. Every game. It was hilarious. Week 1 we play the drags and they came 7th and us 2nd......they are faves?
2) revenge for 07...
100 percent agree. I work similar to yourself, and they are deified and it absolutely sh@ts me no end. They get to very high positions through being able to talk around situations.
You've got to hand it to the guy....he speaks for 20mins and speaks well.....but says absolutely nothing. He is amazing. Politics does not do this guy justice, his ability to say nothing, wash his hands of accountabilities is second to none.

Success to me this year was top 8. Anything extra was a bonus. I would have been happy with being belted out in week - and whilst we weren't great we could have won despite being a bit off and some CRAP decisions.

That's the thing. There was no deliberating, it was just offside penalty. There is no way you look at walkers try and go oh he's off by a metre or two so it's easy. Absolute line ball....one look done.
It's just a joke. I can handle a loss, and perhaps we deserved to lose.....but we'lol never know as these decisions are just turning games.
I'm sick to death of the inconsistencies. The video ref just needs to be for foot or ball on sideline or touch line, that's it. Otherwise make the call...

I've been death riding the storm all year.
1) they have leaked 30 points in a number of games this year
2) they are almost playing full throttle already and hence I don't believe they have too many extra gears yet.
