    If a player has to leave the field for a concussion test after an illegal act the player that committed the illegal act should also have to leave the field, both with interchange. The perpetrator can only return to the field if the concussed (non-concussed) player does.

Sometimes they change scrum feeds & sometimes they don't, sometimes they award a penalty for a high shot & sometimes not, sometimes change drop outs to taps & vice versa & sometimes not.     The next step from virtual fans will be virtual teams thus eliminating the need for expensive players, stadiums & TV costs saving the league many more billions. In an inspired decision they retain the current referee's to ensure there is no chance of a back flip by any former fans.
