    My solution would be to set up a fund and impose a levy on every player's salary to pay for it. The players should be looked after post retirement, but they should contribute to fund that in proportion with what they take away from the game.

    Well they decided to award 4 points for tries off gridiron passes about 3/4 of the way through the 2013 GF, so what's the big deal about bonus points for offloads? At least everyone knew the rules going in and they were applied consistently.

    I don’t know. I’m always sceptical of the media but I’m not so sure that they weren’t on the money in this case. The team was certainly played like they didn’t care much about each other and/or the club. It didn’t look like a happy camp.
