    Balin Cupples was a lower grade rugby league player. West Tigers player? Yanks use Fulton as a boys first name. There is a Bishop, known as Bishop Fulton Sheen. You have got me on Menzies though, for some reason I was thinking Menzies was a girl's name but it's Mackenzie.
