Any thought on shifting DCE to 9 for the few games in middle of the season and blooding Walsh against weaker sides… I know he isn’t ready for the physicality of NRL but for a few weeks here and there? DCE can get beat up in middle (who cares) but with ball might be ok…

I saw enough of Koula in year 1 contact etc to suggest he has enough to cut it long term. Agree 100% re talau toughness… that’s why I think with an off-season, could be our edge back rower with Ola.

Squad is signed long term which is a huge plus .. plenty of effort from the players, just missing the discipline and smarts when momentum is running against us. 2025-28 is building nicely.. not sure why all the negativity and FYI systems are key in a football season, not purely results. Never...

Any chance the png team might actually source a high percentage of png players… couple in nrl now- few playing in England (Ipape our 9 that never was) and kids coming through their future pathways? Bet there might be some south sea islanders who would live and play out of PNG for a chance.
