Not that I know of, but have you tried the NRL site while using a proxy?
Youtube always had the replay last year of every match- tried proxy did not work

I know the channel 9 app allows you to watch full replays of the televised games.

Youtube has highlights. Ch9 has a replay on their digital site, it won't play outside of Australia.
No dice. Youtube doesn't show them anymore. You're right they used to show the full games last year. I actually had Fox Soccer Match Plus and it showed all the Manly games. This year they only show 3 random games a year. I bought Watch NRL and it's great! I bought the 1 year deal. It's $149 yet if you use voucher code: RFL2018 you save $15. It's a deal for $136!
