Game Day: Tigers v Manly [Round 7, 2021]

Super impressed with today’s game!!

To be honest, the 40 was great but the 6 is more impressive: Tigpies can put a lot of points on and the defensive effort was fantastic given that their only points came from a lucky ricochet: they never really looked like scoring aside from that...

The other thing was how happy they are looking as a group now, with players trying hard for each other and genuinely happy at guys scoring tries: and more so for the guy scoring the try than the points from the try... we are looking like a team again and that’s fantastic!

i tend to watch the game mostly, as opposed to the forum. May i suggest you do the same if you want to contribute anything intelligent . I have invited you previously to add some footy related information but you seem to go missing until after the fact like most ironstines

It was a good win and DCE did some good things . He does need others to start the rot and when they do he is a champion. When he needs to start it himself , he is conspicuous by his absence, a bit like you when its footy related instead of **** talking

Anyway enjoy your moment.

PS . I support manly and want them to win . I just see DCE and his % of our salary cap , as a major impediment to that at times. I would love DCE to be a dominant halfback to lead manly, so i didnt have to critique his performances on a manly footy forum. Every person on this forum that doubts DCE , says the same stuff. FLat track bully that can tear a broken team apart. That is something everyone is united about.

Anyway cam good win and im surprised you didnt say much about tommy turbo, just me and DCE . Your a weird dude

A great win , Started with tigers getting the early jump and a few errors from Manly , but once Tommy decided it was time to turn the switch it was game over

Well I feel confident we can prick some of those inflated egos up there. Would love nothing better than to see DCE give the chin a master class. Proof will be next week.

I don't think it's a case of him being a flat track bully, I just think when not 1 other player in the 17 is bothering to help him out, he is alone, trying to do everything himself and it shows in his performances...

The minute other players around him take some responsibility and start making plays, it frees DCE up to stamp his dominance...

Last year was a hideous year, but I still stand behind DCE being the best on park for Manly on 90% of those games...

Honestly can't remember the last time we won three in a row - and the most points we've given up in any of those games was 12 against the Warriors. There'll be a lot of confidence in the players, so if they're going to take down an undefeated team, now's the time…

The chin is the best half in the game and pretty much has no bad parts to his game... dce will need to be at his best to come close to this guy! If we dominate the Panthers pack it will go along way but cleary isn't like dce he wont shy away he will do what he can to win and get his team back on track. Great leader for his age
