If we had played better the last time we lost to them I'd be really worried right now, but we played a pretty ordinary game and still tested them. If we play well, we are the better side, in my opinion.

We've gone down by 12+ on a fairly regular basis to much lesser opposition. This cannot be one of those weeks. The key to winning is take the lead first and force them to take the risks. If we fall behind they will strangle us to death. Start fast and we can do the strangling. First 20min are the MIMOTY.

Agreed, he hasn't had a good year by previous standards plus the fact that he's carrying that injury which will play heavily on his thinking, I won't be surprised if Bellyache replaces him early, not the best scenario for a finals match

Yes I don’t think there will be much in it but nor do I expect it to be golden point.

My summation is a pretty tight game with one side getting the ascendency in the last 15-20 minutes , which will either be,

Us , with Tommy on fire and scoring some freakish try’s to win the game.

Them, after we implode with mistakes as we can’t crack them and they get the ascendency and score a couple of quick ones to take it away.

I like it @BoomStickBarbie . 30-8 would be a very satisfying result for us on all levels. I would be more than happy (ecstatic actually) to se that result. I would be just as happy though to win by one. Go Manly.

Last 3 finals games we have played the winner scored 40 points. 2012 Storm won the preliminary final 40-12. 2009 Storm won the qualifying final 40-12. 2008 something happened can't quite remember.
