I agree, there really isn't alot happening around the club between December and mid Jan, most are on holiday and institutions shut down . I honestly think It's It just a big case for defence ( 5 year period) and little time to get the t's crossed.
Gee this is dragging on. We are past the slim pickings stage and by the time the NRL give us clearance we'll be at Old Mother Hubbard stage - staring at an empty cupboard.
I think it's safe to assume we'll be using Croker at 5/8 and probably playing the season without using our full cap again.

As much as I would like to see our club exonerated from these allegations, the fact is the NRL cannot afford to let Manly off the hook and regardless of our appeal, I feel that its inevitable that we will be penalized. The delay in this has already seen to that.
