We had an issue with background services between march 10th and 15th or there about. This meant the payment services were not linking to automatic upgrades. On talkin sport today the only thing brought up about the cap was that Graeme Hughes is going to bring up with the NRL what the result of further investigations into the slimes cap rort found.
He says there is unresolved issues that haven't been brought to light.
