Look, I want Toovey signed up on a 5 year plan contract immediately as of tomorrow morning.
Signing someone to coach for the sentiment or the romantic homecoming or to right some perceived wrong should not be the selection criteria.
Toovey may well be able to coach, I am not convinced at all.

Neil Henry has experience and a similar nature to barrett. Dez can rebuild a side. Did it with the northern eagles and took the dogs from wooden spoon to grandfinal the following year. Madge would also be good.
