GLENN STEWART is 25 years of age. Rugby league is his passion, his life. He has dreamed of playing State of Origin since he started playing as a kid with the Red Devils in Wollongong, but last night that dream was wiped out by the NRL judiciary panel.

Maybe not having a reason formulated for letting go influenced the decision.

Five games for Australia and still not played State of Origin. A record?

Glenn is just one of those footballers you know loves the game so much he will simply go back to playing & try to win a spot the next opportunity.

Rarely does he put in a dud performance so he will get there. I have no doubt.

He came across very well when he spoke to the media after the hearing. He will get another opportunity for sure.
