So Canterbury are an honest team?- salary cap scandal, Coffs Harbour?

And Canterbury never whined about their treatment ?????

What does Paul Kent know about footy? F' all!

What do the majority of "footy journalists" (league, union, soccer, afl) know about footy? Apart from some of the more articulate past players/coaches , I wouldn't give any of them a pinch of ****.

In the 28 years I've been involved in footy I've met at least 50 parents/coaches/administrators more knowledgable than the clowns who write for the papers- and that is only in junior/2nd Div football!

Is this some random cheap shot by Kent designed to stir up emotions and sell newspapers, or an attempt to help Manly dominate by someone who genuinely cares about helping the team?
The former, I would suggest.

Maybe, but either way, more please! something for des to put on the dressing room wall.

Take the emotion out of it and a lot of what he says has merit. We are playing soft and the players minds aren't on the job. What I do find laughable is him holding up the Bulldogs as the yardstick for "honesty". This is the club that shifted off players allegedly involved in Coffs Harbour and hid the indentity of players failing in house drug testing.
