News: ANZ Stadium unveils Bigger video screens

ANZ Stadium unveils treat for Aussie sports fans</span></strong></div><div class="news_item"> </div><div class="news_item" /> <span class="item_content"><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt">The biggest Panasonic HD LED video screen installation in the world was unveiled today at ANZ Stadium. These High Definition LED screens are the biggest in Australia each being over 10 metres high and over 23 metres long.</p> <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt"> </p> <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt">To give this some perspective they are more than 50% bigger than the Panasonic screens installed in Beijing’s Bird’s Nest Stadium and are 70% bigger than the original screens installed at ANZ Stadium for the 2000 Sydney Olympics</p> <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt"> </p> <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt">They will make their much anticipated debut at Saturday night’s Charity Shield showdown between the South Sydney Rabbitohs and St. George Illawarra Dragons and their launch is the first major announcement to be made by ANZ Stadium in 2009 – its’ 10^th Birthday year. </p> <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt"> </p></span>
