I don’t recall him ever being intimidating…maybe off the field but he has always been a plodder on it and does not display the kind of dynamism to be intimidating

secondly, his style of intimidation is of the grub style, but I reckon based on a lad that size who comes in late, high and has zero discipline can definitely be intimidating for the opposition team

Calling him an on field hard man is a huge insult to the likes of David Gillespie, Spudd Carroll, Ruben Wiki, Adrian Morley etc etc

As mentioned above, his intimidation has always only been the dirty type cheap shots both on and off the field
He is far from hard, got belted once vs Penrith and was like a pussy cat.
The bloke who smashed him "Liam Martin" is a true enforcer and a bloke I respect in the category of former hit men you mentioned, who are genuinely tough men.
