So i looks like Matai may have a case to answer for coming into contact with Suttor after he was marched 10 for back chat. I didn't notice it during the game, but it may not look good.

Love matai's enthusiasm, but his constantly being offside, and especially off 75% of kicks down field thinking he can get away with it bugs me. Even last night he was usually 2 metres in front of the kicker which he got away with a couple of times.

If you have a player of Matai's 'toe the line' style, I guess you have to expect this, but it's becoming a bit too much lately.

Saw that during the game, and actually thought that was what the second penalty was for, not for backchat.

If it does get him cited it'll only be a Grade 1 Contrary / Detrimental conduct charge whch carries 1 week and 25 carryovers.

I never stated Foran was signing with the Dogs in the first place.

That said, things may be about to get messy in regards to that.

I won't/can't elaborate too much on that except to have a read here:
    http://www.austlii.edu.au/au/legis/nsw/consol_act/ca190082/s249k.html

    then read this article

    http://www.smh.com.au/rugby-league/league-news/edgy-eagles-to-make-call-on-hasler-action-20120428-1xrll.html

    and read between the lines.

I hope the legal eagles take all the kibble from the scumdogs and let them starve to near death, much like the titans consigned to multiple spoons for many a year, for being super league scum until they learn to beg and rebuild into a respectable club

If Greenturd gets gallops job, league might as well pack up and bend over to afl, soccer, union

Wow.... When will you give up? The more you post, the more vindictive you appear. Go back to the kennel so you can start speculating on who or what your filthy club will try to poach from us next.

LMFAO Im sorry but now you just sound desperate, the Dogs are not going to take Manly to court for blackmail. Just accept that Manly have signed their man and the Dogs will have to look elsewhere for talent, i suggest you use the players in your lower grade teams that you keep banging on about.

You are an a grade speculator you sure you are the third johns brother.

Read between, above and below the lines foz decided to stay loyal to manly, you will also read in articles in both today's papers he went to des haslers colloroy home Thursday to inform him he wanted to stay with his mates at manly.

Stop clutching at straws you and your club need to learn there's something's money can't buy.

    Read this http://www.austlii.edu.au/au/legis/vic/hist_act/roa1976226.pdf

Then think back to your clubs preseason in 2004 and read between the lines.

Penalty was for backchating. you can see Suttor put his hand to his lips to indicate it.

Don't think there was much in it but it is Matai..............

Yeah - I thought he bumped him, will likely be cited IMO

Mr I - if I am reading correctly you believe Manly blackmailed the Bulldogs? On what basis?

You have previously stated that your information is that the emails are a myth so that can't be the basis.

You have also indicated Greenberg did everything above board - so that can't be it.

You have also said that the Bulldogs legal team is the best going around, as such they would already be across this "Blackmailing" and would have advised your club that there is nothing in it, continue on - so that can't be it

Could it be that when representatives from the clubs met, the Eagles rep outlined their strong legal case and what they would do with it if needs be? Mr Dib being an intelligent man thought "bugger" that Greenberg stuffed up, as did Des - we can't win this?

Matai is always painted as the villian by those outside of Manly.

We are so blessed to have his skill and dedication.

There is no bump by anyone but Mr Invisible!:dodgy:

The Thurston evidence would have cleared Wayne Chisholm, so Stevie will be running out at Brookie on Sunday IMO.

Call it however you want, but the fact is that the dog and greenturd didn't have a legal leg to stand on. Manly gave them a choice, back off Foran because even if you do sign him legal action will block the move and back off any other poaching or greenturd and the dog will be taken to court and show how devious and under-handed they been. hence trashing their versions of events along with their reputations. BTW it could even cost them a few dollars in compensation.

Either way you look at it it seems they know they were caught with their hands in the cookie jar.

Now off you go back to the flea-ridden kennel and give them a report on the situation.
