This game was one that we did not do anywhere near enough to win.

The first 20 minutes was solid rather than spectacular, Dylan scored a soft try and Parker failing to score was the turning point.

After that it was six again's and repeat sets and we did not see the ball for 15 minutes. To their credit they took full advantage and controlled the ball and our fatigue to score two very soft tries before half time.

The second half started badly. This time its our errors with the ball put us under enormous pressure and then conceding a soft try from a half back who was held up and a farcical one when our players yet again do not deal with a kick and the inevitable comical try conceded. This is an ongoing weakness in our team!

We finally kept a bit of ball and pulled back a couple of well constructed tries and made a game of it only to play panic catch up football and give up the ball and they put us away again with a soft try and we were done.

My observations from tonight were that surely this has to be the last time that Dylan is playing in the halves. He does not have a feel for it and his useless kicks cost us possession!

Why on earth you would move bring in Jetski and ignore better options was disappointing. I know it was Jetskis first game back but again exposed for his defence and it cost us dearly.

Suli I do not believe is a winger. He has no feel for positioning and makes mistakes with the ball and in defence.

Bottom line we are very limited without DCE. The Turbos and Schuster. We need them all back pronto as we struggled to create much tonight.

Foran tried hard we did not cope with their energy and we basically had no ball for 40 minutes either side of half time.

I do wish the NRL would do something about playing origin away from the comp as it just penalizes teams who are successful. Canberra were down on troops like us and they had a bit more desperation than we did tonight.

Next week we must bounce back against the Dragons. This is a big game now and if we get over them we pretty much ensure that we will be minimum 6th going into the last 6 games or so.

Disappointing night, gutted that I was not able to attend due to this mess and the lack of atmosphere tonight nullified any home advantage we had.

Its a missed opportunity tonight. Some good performances out there and a decent effort without the execution and smartness that was needed tonight. Learning curve for some of the younger guys and also it was obvious that we cannot afford to continue the policy of playing guys out of position, that to me was the real culprit for our defeat tonight!

Fullback is a specialist positon. The club needs to invest in a decent back up fullback, with some positional and organising skills. They dont have to be brilliant just someone who is a fullback and can do a tradesman like job.

As a play maker it was his job to create space for the outside backs.

Imperial IPA induced thumbs Ryan. It’s not that hard to decipher “it’s like he (Parker) stole your first love and first born” is such the anti Parker sentiment from mr bozo. It’s all fun n games.

Credit to Raiders their short goal line kicks for repeat sets killed us. They just had all the momentum and made sure they kept it.
Was getting frustrated we batted the ball dead rather than at least trying to get in play but the pressure was high and no fb didnt help.
Some panic decisions in the last 20, we still had a chance with only 20% possession so just looking at it as a lesson learnt and a reality check.

No excuse but thought there was a lot of fwd passes from the Raiders and we had a rough night with the 6 agains.

We made Williams and particularly Frawley look like world beaters with their in goal kicks. No fkn pressure put on them at all. DCE would’ve been all over these two in cutting down the amount of time they had to do whatever they liked.
And not one cross field kick to Saab, dieing of starvation out on his wing.
‘I thought Foz (as captain) should’ve told Walker to fuk right off when it came to the end of set kicking. But Walker just kept kicking on the 3rd, 4th tackles.
