NRL Double Header
The NRL has today announced the NRL Telstra Premiership Round 24 schedule, which features the Bulldogs home game against the Eels on Saturday 23 August (7.30pm kick off) as the second game of a Double Header at ANZ Stadium.
Prior to the Bulldogs game, the Wests Tigers will play the Sea Eagles at ANZ Stadium (5.30pm kick off).
The Double Header was devised in response to scheduling issues for the NRL in Round 24.
The Bulldogs have embraced the Double Header and are working closely with the NRL, ANZ Stadium and the Wests Tigers to ensure the success of the event.
The Bulldogs will ensure the rights and privileges of Members, Corporate guests and Sponsors are fully accommodated. The entitlements will be expanded to include the second NRL game at no extra cost. Details of the Double Header arrangements will be communicated shortly.
The club is delighted to announce that each Member will receive a bonus double pass to the Double Header games. It's a great chance to introduce friends to the excitement of a Bulldogs gameday.
The Bandaged Bear Cup, a charity initiative inaugurated by the Bulldogs in honour of the hard-working staff of The Children's Hospital at Westmead, will again be contested by the Bulldogs and Eels as a part of the Double Header.
