Local time settings

hey guys...I've had a quick squiz and can't find where to update my local time on my profile. It says 10:09 when it is in fact 2:30pm. Where is the darn thing? I'm tired of working out when exactly last posts arrive to know whether I've read them or not.

the difference in icons could be a good indication ?

if dan doesn't i will have a look at it.

Profile >> Look and Layout Preferences >> Time Offset

adjust the offset to match your local time from the current server time
