I am glad we had a go. Celebrating having a go but still losing is part of the Trent Barrett style of culture. The team needs acknowledge what it did right but still be resolute on ensuring the next game is nothing but a win.

Let’s put things in perspective. Our team has been decimated by injuries throughout the season but look at the slime who’ve had nearly a full strength team all season and have been touted as premiership favourites since I can remember but haven’t had a premiership trophy in their possession for 37 years.

So every slime supporter who’s seen their team win a premiership is over 37 years old
