Hicks & Stewary injury
Manly's Glenn Stewart and Chris Hicks both remain a chance at playing in next week's preliminary finals after scans cleared them of broken ankles.
Stewart and Hicks have both suffered partial ligament tears in their ankles and will undergo intensive rehabilitation before Saturday week's grand final qualifier in Sydney. Backrower Stewart suffered his injury early in the Sea Eagles' 30-6 victory over South Sydney last Saturday night, but managed to return to the field and complete the game.
Winger Hicks, however, was carried off Brookvale Oval in obvious distress amid fears he had broken his ankle in a sickening fall.
Damn Good news for the EAGLES!!
