Defence is back

    It looks like our defence is really hitting the mark these days. This is what wins big games (look at the dogs in '04, roosters in '03, etc). I like the way we are coming off the line to smash the opponent. Now, if we can just our offence clicking...........

    Once we put 50 on the warriors this weekend will you be satisfied??

    There were some goods signs for attack last week. We actually made some clean line breaks. Defence has been quite good since R2, except the first 10 minutes.

    We can't afford to give the warriors a stiff because they can points on if we are slack in defence.

    However if we play with the same intensity as the last 40 mins of last week we should beat them convincingly - ie by 10 points or more

    Last weeks defence was back to how it was a year ago ,
    but the attack impressed me more ,we were looking for
    gaps ,stepping ,offloading ,breaking tackles ,it was the best
    attack ive seen in ages ,from our club anyway !!
