After seeing Best play in juniors I thought he'd be a superstar -- along with The Shoe -- but as yet neither have fulfilled their obvious talents.
In Best's case I think he has put on too much bulk to play in the backline and his future could be in the second row. I'd certainly approve if Manly tried to recruit him because he has enormous untapped potential.

Stick with young Myers’s or look at bringing Mapapalangi back, no doubt Best is a quality player, though with a lopsided salary cap already Best would be on 600K plus.
