Watched the Challenge Cup between St Helens and Hull (black & whites) this morning. The UK game is just crap. There is no structure to their play and the standard is just so far below here. Although there were some pulled back I gave up counting after 10 forward passes were let go and at least 3 resulted in tries. Beaver would carve them up and probably outrun most there over 40 mts.

If the ESL actually spent the money on junior talent they spend on pilfering Australia's players, their product, and international side might actually improve.

Every Australian they take over there is an extra nail in their international product.

When you have to rape other sports, codes and nations players, it says a lot for your product really.

Beaver should be starring off our bench next year.

The fact that Luke Dorn is the leding try-scorer in the ESL says it all.  Opposing Dorn and Moanaghan still couldn't direct a player over the try line either.

"The fact that Luke Dorn is the leding (sic) try-scorer in the ESL says it all"

I bet he's not leading the tackle count though.
