However if they were going to investigate performances, the refs and the bunker would be under severe scrutiny every week, and rightfully so.

The no try decision of the Broncs just before halftime was ridiculous.
It seems conclusive proof to overturn on field decisions is now a thing of the past.

Yes questions should be asked. I hope the betting records for the match were scrutinized, if they werent its a massive mistake. Easy way for players to pick up their TPA's that were scrubbed by salary cap investigation.
