When we hit our lowest point, We are open to the Greatest change

Tonight our team hit its lowest point getting thrashed again by an all time record score at our spiritual home ground

Tonight must be the night that will bring the end to all this humiliation to our proud club and change must be made

Because Des cannot keep doing the same thing and getting the same results

Des is full of **** just collecting a pay cheque. He is as tuned out as the players and the owner are the only people who give a **** at the moment are us.

I can't be the only one sick of this optimistic drivel from fans who have clearly buried their heads in the sand.

We were getting towelled last year and Des made no changes.
All the changes he made at the back end of last year came when there were injuries to his no hopers (e.g. Garrick, Parker)

Des is clueless.

Des is the head coach and he is accountable for his players loss of confidence , loss of form and our teams record loses

Peter Peters was crucified on here when he questioned Des's direction he was heading at the beginning of the year and he has proven to be right

I think BOZO called out Des and the team in his post.

I have followed this team for a long time. Not as long as some, granted. But this is the worst I have ever seen my beloved Sea Eagles perform. Or not perform as it may be.

Throw the cheque book at Ciraldo, make Des into a football manager..

The record spiritual ground loss proves your point feathered friend

Watching our proud club get thrashed like an amature park football team breaks my heart

Tonight watching our biggest loss at our proud spiritual home ground felt the same as going to a funeral

Des is a Manly legend and we must always respect him for his great contribution to our club

But that does not mean we must accept what he is doing to it now

He is either up to it or not ?

As Des said in the presser it's experiences like this that become part of your recovery...hard fn times at the moment. I'll keep watching the boys though but its embarassing atm, really is.
No one recovers by getting trashed to the pulp week in week out

Thrashing does not build confidence and team spirit
Thrashing only kills confidence and team spirit

After 12 consecutive thrashings a team loses resilience and does build resilience and we have seen it again tonight

Des shafted the club a long time ago.

I for one never have forgiven him and was strongly against ever letting him back to the club to coach.

It's now time to return the favor and shaft him back.

I am sure we all will forgive him if he starts winning

But is he still capable of winning ?
His players have lost confidence in him in the way they are getting slaughtered and so has his Manly fans

Will you actually pay to watch them, or just watch from the couch with the cupboard drawer containing the sharp knives locked?

We are paying for not making changes from round 12 last season when we got lapped by the same opposition as tonight and the coaching staff barely changed it.

Well one win in 13 means something has to give, it cannot go on like this and change is needed immediately.

I would start by playing players in their true positions, no more bandaid solutions and there needs to be a thorough assessment of our salary cap and recruitment policy and some big calls might be needed to bring that back into balance.

Fed up with seeing the same mediocrity rewarded week in week out.

Change it or perish!!
