What do we do with the right wing spot ?

I've always been a big fan of Wolfman, but his form is a bit off at the moment. Not his fault the insides aren't getting him good opportunties but his hands have let him down on occassion lately. Still a fan of his hard running and desire to take them up the middle to help out

On the other side of the coin we have Hiku who had a beauty of a game today and another 1 like that he will be hard to send back to NSW Cup. Do we go in his direction ?

Not 100% sure which way I go on it, but probably leaning Hiku's way at the moment

Hiku had a terrific match, but Wolfman is a specialist winger and should be retained. Hiku will get his chances, particularly next season.

Wolfman won the game for us v sharks. Don't hold today against him. He's scored a few this year with minimal room through lots of traffic.

William's defense is invaluable, he has done some amazing things as far as try savers go and he is a great finisher. His may have the off game with his hands but in comparison to Hiku I'm not sure that is an issue.

Not sure about that. From memory he's made plenty of terrible reads this year and has let in quite a few tries because of it. What made Wolfy such a great winger for us was his carries coming out of our own end and the tough metres he made. I don't think he's had a game where that has been a feature for him for a fair while. If I had to make a bet I would say his injuries just don't allow him to play that way anymore.

One of the best wingers around and hardly puts in a bad performance. Hiku isn't the fastest and out there with Jamie and Glenn we need some speed to finish things off. Watched Hiku against Mounties grab an intercept and got run down by a lock on halfway. Hiku must remain at fullback. Gutherson will eventually go right past him.

Will only have to worry about it IF Snake comes back this year.

Hiku v Gutherson - it's hard to tell who will go on to be better. Both have superstar potential.

Don't think Wolf could be replaced by Hiku on the wing though. Hiku still has to prove that he can be safe under the high ball. Today was a massive step in the right direction.

with an off season of bulking up a little, and the experience gained this season, i can see Hiku consistently doing those little runs hoppa jr gave us where 90% of the time he beat the first man was able to get a fast play the ball. something we've been missing a bit.. was good to see tafua getting more of the ball and making his usual yards, hasn't really got to him the last few weeks. But Hiku.. next year, or the year after will be a star i reckon. in the long term, i can see him as a centre and gutherson as fb.

Don't forget we have a gun junior (Jake T's brother) Tom at fullback who is a huge talent.

Mate, as long as he is on the field and playing in the maroon and white I will be happy.

NRL site has noted Brett's return round as "indefinite".
For many weeks it was Round 14 ..

As said in another post a Manly "indefinite' means the season. He's gone for the year then so are we.
