This happened last night at my old club. Apparently there was a head clash in the tackle

Very tragic, may he rest in peace. There seems to have been more deaths/serious injuries from rugby in the past 12 months than ever before, its almost becoming a monthly occurrence now.

So sad. I think that the huge size of young people now days, these contact sports result in more serious injuries

Tragic indeed. It's actually such a violent sport I'm surprised there aren't more freak accidents. Sounds like he was a very highly respected figure.
