Report in the SMH that Tinkler has been taken to court to pay a 20Million fee for a property he agreed to purchase in Newcastle and now doesn't want. Along with his attempts to sell his racehorse empire for a heavily discounted price, and the non-payment of super and other bills associated with his Hunter Valley businesses, I wondered if Drugcastle players are getting nervous. One of the problems of private ownership.
