Wow this is more like it. Manly completely controlled the game today and never looked in doubt. It's been a while since I have felt this way.

Who would have thought two weeks ago Manly were rated second last in premiership betting.

And now this without Matai and Lyon.

These new guys DCE and Hoppa and amazing. Buhrer and Galavao are proving really solid as well.

There is a long season to go, but with some luck with injuries for once, and further development of these guys, Manly are right in the mix.

Totally agree NYE. Missing some big names including our main playmaker and a lot of inexperience. The forwards showed the dominance against the Warriors in the trial and it vanished against the Storm, but it is now back and very impressive. The premiership odds should be tumbling after that forward display.

There has been a lot to like about the last 2 weeks, and the good news is there is still a lot of improvement in this side.  Can't wait until Lyon and Matai are back, because the way Hoppa and Oldfield played today, there will be plenty of competition and depth in the club for backline spots.
