No because they aren't third party.  The sponsor has to have no association with the club.  That why the Broncos have a massive advantage with the thoroughbreds.  They don't have any official link to the Broncos but will give Lockyer $200k to show up an opening of one of hte guys stores for example (Might have to do more than that ... or possibly not even that much)

Exactly you have to make sure that the people involved in this 'prestige' club are in no way part of the team sponsorship or it'll have to be counted into the cap(as I understand it).
Think the Storm with Jayco - and we all know what happened there.

surely we're in the mix. Lachlan Murdoch's just thrown in a lazy 128 mil to help out Packer at TEN. Sarah, being the wifey and the highest profile(richest) eagle angel ...surely there's something she could do to get lachy to chuck in a cpl mil under some dodgy business name??
