Courtesy of Jim Daly on Twitter comes this quote from Theo Epstein, the Cubs president of baseball operations who helped end gigantic World Series droughts for both Chicago and the Boston Red Sox:

It takes everyone. All that business school leadership stuff is bull****." If there's a secret, he says, its to "keep deflecting credit, keep from blaming.
