The right news for Des

As other posters have pointed out, Hasler should build his new club through developing his own players and not poaching ones he has already developed.

If Des Hasler is worried about his legacy then this is important. If he takes our players then he will be expected to succeed and his success will be because he took our players.

So what happens in a few years when he leaves the dogs for a new club - does he take some doggies with him?

The legacy he will leave, in that case, is one of a thief.

Des, build up that club and show you are a great coach, steal and you will remembered for a lot less.

I would assume Des would be ecstatic about Kieren's decision. We all know how much Des loves a challenge - it is why he left us after all. Well he will have plenty of challenges now he doesn't have Foran and he probably has a bunch of players who know they are not his first choice. Isn't that just what he wanted?
