Since mine and others comments have been deleted froM the Keith Titmus thread, I think it’s a relevant discussion point worthy of its own thread, seeing as Keith and his family were and are a valuable part of our club and Sophie Scamps is the sitting member for our area, seeking reelection.
Her use of his death to promote her dubious claims of catastrophic consequences from so-called climate change, was nothing short of disgraceful. Even if her claims were based in fact, which they are not according to the coroner, using someone’s death to promote her views and agenda is disgusting and should be a warning for anyone flirting with voting for her or her party - and yes they are a party.
It’s makes a mockery of the word integrity which seems to appear all over her thousands of posters, plastered all over the northern beaches.
