The grand plan

I've worked it out.

The plan is to lose this weekend, then face the Dogs in round 4 at home with Marty and AFB back, possibly Lussick too - and smash the winless Dogs leading to Des getting the punt.

We will then wine and dine Desmond offering him whatever he wants. Just as he is to sign a new contract to coach Manly from 2018 onwards, they will pull the offer and tell him to get f..ked. From there Manly fires up and goes on to play finals footy, losing in the first round to some team that's over the cap or doing roids or something the NRL doesn't really care about.
