Something I have thought about is that teams reflect their coaches, and we know how passionate both coaches are - there are enough broken doors and headphones to prove it! Lets face it you don't see what happened last night at acDragons match.
Unfortunately with "passion" it can sometimes cause you to do stupid things, and that is what happened last night. Now by no means am I blaming Des, but I reckon the passion he has instilled in this team, and likewise Bellamy in his drove last nights events. But I tell you what 95% of the time it works - the 5% can be the problem, worth it I reckon
