    Aha! I've finally figured the problem.
    The Penns have made their fortune from weight loss. The weight loss industry makes it's money firstly from people losing weight. Then putting it on again so that they have to return the program. And repeat.
    So:
    Step One: Lose
    Step Two: Fail
    Step Three: Lose
    Repeat.
