Interesting that you feel Witt deserved the flick to the bench Matabele.

For mine, not only the fact that Hoppa has made several defensive blunders, but Hicks is much better DEFENSIVELY on the wing. Not to mention the fact that Steppa has blatently earnt his place. It comes down to who deserves that spot more, Glenn Stewart or Sam Harris.

That is the team I would pick, but I feel Dessie will end up choosing a 19 man team and then reduce it later anyway. I pick Stewy2 ahead of Choco due to the fact that Choco hasn't been in any NRL trials yet.

Choco was our best player last year, surely he earnt his place from his 2004 form.

I've put Witt on the bench because I just think Willo gives us a bit of stability early in the game and allows Witt to come on after the softening up period - similar to what was happening with Walker at the end of last year.

I think that could be especially important against the physical Warriors side.

I'm still a closet fan of Harris - possibly because he was a rugger bugger.
