Title says it all.

@BOZO wouldn't have it in a discussion 6 weeks or so back that parker could be faster than the shoe but I think its a lock in now. Sorry mate.

Love the shoe but he looks heavy and the nip he had a few months back has disappeared. Looks to have a lot of strapping on his lower back so I do wonder if the week in week out edge forward position is starting to take a toll on his young body.

Anyway for me Hank is definitely faster at the moment. Come on shoe, drop a few Kgs and let rip again....

Parker is a center. By all rights he should be faster. But you are right, Shoe seems to be a bit slower. He has still got great footwork, pass and strength. He doesn't need to be fast over 80metres but he has great acceleration for his size.

Very impressed with Schu tonite, mainly for his defence and because he was prepared to just play a role, didn't try to come up with the stellar moves.
But no he didn't look a speedster, so what? Wally Lewis wasn't a speedster, neither was Big Artie, Cam Smith, etc, you do need speed but not in every player.

Don't take it so hard mate. My original post was simply a light hearted throw back to bozo who wouldn't have it that the shoe was slower than Brad from a discussion earlier in the year.

My point is simply that he looks to be a bit slower than earlier in the year especially when he got in the open today. No slight on the kid just an observation.

Shoe beats Parker to the buffet 3 times a day.

I reckon I could beat Shoe over 25 metres down the Corso at midnight.
Yeah but could you do it with your eyes shut.

Remember the Shoe is the only legally blind NRL player ever. His passes shouldn't be called no look as they are just his normal passes.

This sounds like a great idea for a promotion! Maybe we could have a fan day at the Steyne. Give the fans the opportunity to have a few beers with the players, then race them down the Corso. It could be a great fan engagement activity for grand final week if we make it. What could go wrong?

I'll race Boyle, I'll even pay for his beers.
